This is an evidence-first public release of AMF Agent RC8A.

- Third-party base-model weights are not redistributed.
- Qwen/Qwen3-4B-Instruct-2507 remains subject to its own license and terms.
- No AMF source-code license is granted by this repository unless a separate LICENSE file is added.
- The AMF Foundry implementation and sealed benchmark rows are intentionally not included in this initial public release.
- Performance claims are bounded to the included protocol, dataset authority, hardware/runtime receipts, and physical evidence.
